About my Food Choices

First, let's define "Primal". It simply means having existed from the beginning; in an earliest or original state. So, how do we apply that to our choice in foods? Simple, eat what God created to be consumed as food, and eat it in its most original form.

With that said, here's the practicals: I mainly stick to lean, Kosher meats, vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds with a little bit of grains and legumes.

Food is also emotional and hormonal. So I also choose foods and quantities that promote a positive hormonal response and help me stay in an emotionally sound place.
